12 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino — Attraction in Leavenworth

The last 4 times I have been to 12 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino (Mill Bay). The night manager has kicked us off our machines and harassed us. One of the workers told us about how a guy had punched a machine the week before and broke it and left so they never caught him. My son just happened to be at that machine and Notice the button was broke it actually lifted up out of the socket. So we reported it to let them know it was broke, they kicked my son out and blamed him for the broken machine. There was three of us there and even cameras. But they still kicked him out, Even though they knew he didn't do it and so did we. The three of us had been winning all night. Hmmmm But because they kicked out my son we all had rode together so we all had to leave. Great customers service NOT and what about that false accusations. The gal who had told us about the guy who punched the machine even came over and told the night manager about the incident with the guy who punched the machine, it happened when he wasn't working. I have talked with several customers who will no longer go to this casino because of their VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you ever decide to go there do not go after midnight. You will be kicked off your machine about the time it starts paying out and the night manager is rude as well as the owner. NO RETURN CALLS EVER. There has been so many complaints about this casino. The parking lot is empty alot due to their scamming, poor service, rude managment who will not return your call and the employee turnover is ridiculous. I will never give them a dime of my money ever again. If you want to go to a respectable casino go to Quest in Spokane or Muckleshoot casino. I wouldn't be surprised if 12 tribes Mill Bay casino closes because of how they run the place. I have never in my entire life gone to a casino beside Mill Bay who kicks you off you machine, and especially when it finally starts paying out. A sheriff told me tonight that they have had 100's of complaints about Mill Bay Casino and he too has noticed the parking lot was empty quite often. They are slowly loosing their clientele and the way they treat people I hope they loose them all. Because they truly would deserve it. Tonight there was several customers there who said they too will never come back to Mill Bay Casino in Chelan. If a class action lawsuit was possible I would have started one long ago for all the people that Casino has scammed and screwed over. The people who should really be concerned are the Indians who benefits from all the Casinos, because no clientele no funds. They are depleting your money/funds. You might want to do something about it before it is too late. I've lived in Wenatchee for 50 years and since this managment has been on board Mill Bay Casino in Chelan has gone down hill fast. I wouldn't even give them a star, but in order to post this I had to give them 1star. Everyone needs to know how they treat their customers even the better business, gaming commission and all of you. Remember it's your hard earned money your spending at Mill Bay Casino wouldn't you want that time to be pleasant and...

I've never given any place a bad review unless it's really, really bad that bothers me enough to write one. So here it is:

If you just wanna have some fun with slot machines, then this casino is a decent place to go to with alcohol served by many nice staff and you can smoke in here too. But if you're looking for a table game action like me, a Blackjack player, then it's definitely a no-no.

I went there in the afternoon on Sunday, and there was only 1 blackjack table open with no seat available with a Min/Max bet of $5/$100. So I asked if there would be another one open soon, and the Floor Lady said there would be more at 5 pm. So I played slots and waited until a table opened. When I sat down by myself, the table sign showed Min/Max was $10/200. Then I just started to play a few hands, and another player jumped in and asked for it to lower it down to $5/$100, which was fine by me at the time. I still bet $100 a hand regardless. But then after playing for a while and more and more players jumped in and out with no clue how to play the game and kept pulling cards even when they had 17 and standing when they had 15 when dealer showed 6 face up, I already knew I would go down hill if it kept going like that with no other table to change. So I asked the Floor Lady to raise up the limit back at least $10/$200 so at least I can bet a little higher to win back some $ since I was down 3k already and since I knew $10 Min still wouldn't stop those inexperienced players jumping in and out. But she refused even changing to that. And I'm not sore loser that blaming on other players since everyone has a right to play their own game. I'm just pissed because they wouldn't raise up the limit to at least the original limit that when I sat down. And every time I quit and walked away and returned when nobody else was playing at the table, and started playing by myself and won back some $, then the same thing happened again and ended up losing more as expected.

So there it is, my first bad review in a long time from my experience at this casino, and hope nobody else will experience the same because it's not a good...

I'm casino lover and 12 Tribes in Chelan its one of my fav with the exception of one of the security guys it was me and boyfriend siting I was playing my friend played too but in that moment he was wating just waiting for me when this guy came to my boyfriend.. my boyfriend it was siting with his sweatshirt hat on and watching me play when this guy came to us and say ..very very rude and pointing him with his finger.. Hey you! Take of your hoodie hat I see you sleeping again I kick out..... Me and my boyfriend looked at each other and got like a little sad because why he came to us that way ?? Because we are latins ? Or because we didn't look like inportant ?? We are costumes.... and we wasn't doing absolutely nothing wrong.. They can see it in the cameras on 04/10 around 1am We came al the way from Yakima to chelan to play and alot times we win other time we loss too.. that night we wasn't lucky we lost a lot money and I don't complain gamble is gamble but I think they should treat us as any other costumer with respect and a nice smile because in the end any casino wants players come back to enjoy play and have nice night to just receive that bad treatment so we felt very disappointed for the way that guy came to us still. I give 5 starts because it's a nice clean fun casino and I really enjoy to visit them but my boyfriend it's was his fist time that he visit that one and it's the last time because the security guy made him feel very down because his attitude so that my review workers shouldn't treat clients just for how they looks like.
