But I guess that wasn't the goal of the retreat. So we learn how to do regular meditation and we learn how to do walking meditation. Philip was our instructor. I'm still not sure what the purpose of meditation is, he could definitely improve his instructing techniques. Maybe design an outline and syllabus.
