This is a beautiful area to take a little Trek from the center, go on the trail that leads under the roadway to a neat spiral staircase to the beach. When the center reopens it's an awesome place to visit for all family members and all ages. Great displays and very informative regarding the local estuary and surrounds. Be sure to walk or bike along the trail that hugs the bay. Bring your puppers, too! I was told by the wonderful fellow manning the touch-tanks that Saturday was the exciting day and it did not disappoint. We got to see them feed the Wolf Eels and Hank the octopus came out of his beer bottle home and gave us a wonderful display of his color changing abilities.
