We visited on 7/1/23. The positives: views are amazing, wine & food great however the wine tasting manager was something else. When we first walked she let us know balcony seating was only for wine club members, but did not ask if we wanted to join their wine club or provide any information about it. There was only 1 other couple there so it appeared that she had opportunity to share about the winery if she had wanted to do so. I provided a coupon that the the winery had promoted and we decided to sit inside. My friend asked if the music could be turned down a little as it sounded like were under a speaker, she corrected him that the speakers were in the corners of the room. We were provided the handout about the wine. We ordered meat & cheese charcuterie tray, pizza & drinks. When the tray arrived with a nice variety of meat & cheeses, she said the butter on the charcuterie tray was whipped wine butter- I asked what was in it & she responded with a sigh "well wine", I did not appreciate the sarcasm and she did not know what type of wine was in it, she said it changes all the time. When someone else asked what cheeses were on the cheese tray she did not know but a nice lady from the kitchen did come out, she was not sure either but she atleast she was poliet. When it came to the bill, the tasting manager called out across the room in front of the rest of our party asking what percent gratuity did we want to leave. She did not offer to share anything about the Vinyard, its future plans. As we were leaving the door behind the bar slammed & we heard a loud exclamation "that was a waste". So I left feeling embarrassed that I brought friends to this first...

We stopped in for a glass of wine after touring Manson-area wineries. The staff were awesome. Super friendly and welcoming. The view from the deck was great, and we enjoyed our wine. We were hoping for some food, but the staff informed us the kitchen was closed early. No big deal at all! We could grab food somewhere else afterwards.

Then we noticed the kitchen, which we’d been told was closed, suddenly firing up. The pizza oven and a staff member on the grill. It turned out the kitchen was operating exclusively for the owner’s family, who had just shown up and were seated among the rest of the guests — not at all discreetly. Multiple groups that came in after asked about food, only to be told it was unavailable unless you were with the family.

It felt unfair and uncomfortable, especially for the staff, who had to keep explaining the situation to everyone that arrived looking for food. While we weren’t there to eat at that point, the whole situation felt really selfish. The staff were embarrassed, and we felt bad for them. We won’t be returning, and will continue to support the multiple other local wineries that actually appreciate their...

Came around 4pm on Saturday for some food, wine, and music. Brought out dog so we sat outside on the patio which had a gorgeous view of the lake and hills. For food we got the watermelon salad and honey pig pizza which were both very good. For wine we ordered the tasting menu which included six 1-oz pours and a wine glass to take home as a souvenir which we loved. What we didn't love was how long it took to get our next tasting; our glasses would sit empty for a while until we could catch their attention. When we were finished with our food we still had three more tastings to do, so overall we ended up staying for about 2 hours--luckily we weren't in a rush to get somewhere. Also didn't love the large amount of fruit flies were hanging out in the bathroom...they told me they have a fly problem during this time of year. Was pretty gross and sounded out of their hands so I hope they can do something more to make their bathroom more comfortable. Other than that would def recommend visiting for the views, entertainment,...

We boondocked on the property as Harvest Host guests Sept 2023 (sorry for the late review), and had an absolutely fantastic stay. Yes, the prices are higher- but considering our lodging (RV) was included, it more than balanced out. Staff was very friendly and helpful, wine was tasty, and we did not have to go out searching for a restaurant for dinner- because music, wine tasting, and woodfired pizza was available right there on the lovely patio, to enjoy over sunset. The owner was extremely courteous to us- typically a Harvest Host guest is expected to only stay one night, and we asked for a second- and it was no big deal. We loved our whole experience there- and it was a welcome chance to slow down after the long journey from the Chicago area, to the pacific northwest. The views from the winery are just amazing, including sunsets. ...Just one tip for RV'ers tho- it is a tight turn to get into the area designated for campers- we are a 33 ft. 5th wheel- and just barely made it in. Highly recommend!

Parking spots are close & plentiful, up a little hill. Food is outstanding & includes luxe wood-fired foods with crispy-charred edges. We shared plates & had to order more, such was our enjoyment. The wines were obviously transcendent but the real epiphany was the setting—a perfect paradise perch overlooking a meandering, sun-kissed heaven of vineyards & crystal clear water, third deepest in the country. Objectively perfect & I'm grateful for this memory.
