Wow! Not only was the wine great but the whole experience! Talk about quality! They are truly making wine with passion and love and you can taste it in every wine. Forget about the hype from who the owner is and focus on their process. They take special care to really focus on every grape and vintage and really bring out each characteristic. If Tom Brady started a winery, Doubleback would get benched. They have a hokey “request for reservation” process. You think you have a reservation, & then you get there, & you simply have a “request” they didnt read or bother to respond to.
