We used to love this place. Today I tried to go to pick up some stuff and ended up completely wasting my morning driving all the way up only to find out they are closed to walk ins and had to make an online order, mind you these orders have to be scheduled and I was on their website on my way there and there was absolutely nothing notifying clients of this MAJOR change to their business structure. I went to go in and was approached by some kind people who let me know what was going on and that they did not allow walk ins anymore and someone from the establishment came out and just told me to get off their stairs when I was just standing on like the third step JUST receiving this information I couldn't walk in. It was very rude quite frankly and their lack of communication with their customers caused a major inconvenience to me. I am sure more people will find issues with this, it is bluntly a sketchy inconvenient way to do business and I have a STRONG feeling they will continue to lose business under this structure. They have definitely lost mine and I have never paid less than $300-$400 every visit in the past.
