Well, this casino is alright, I guess. The food is good but the slots are tighter than the security at Fort Knox. But thatās not why Iām writing this review. The reason why Iām writing this review is the lack of guest services that this hotel showed they had with our latest stay at this hotel.
For starters, when we got inside the hotel, my aunts were able to check in right away. While my mom and I had to wait 45 MINUTES just for a room to become available. Then they had the insane offer of moving us to a non ADA room to bypass the wait. Yeah⦠thatās not gonna work considering we booked the room months in advance and the fact I was in a knee brace from spraining my knee the week prior. So, 45 minutes later we finally get our room⦠on the third floor. So thatās another long trudge up there. And I mean, the room itself was comfy so that was a plus. The next day, we put our sign up that we wanted our room to be serviced and the beds at least made. That did not happen. We came back to find the room as we left it with no evidence of housekeeping done at all. So that was disappointing. Finally, the day of check out, I ended up forgetting my cozy slippers that I walk in because they help support my knee. So⦠we get home and call the front desk, not once, but twice. Nobody found the slippers so Iām willing to bet that someone from housekeeping treated themselves to a nice pair of slippers. So you know what? I hope whoever stole those slippers enjoys them. And I hope they sleep at night knowing they stole property from a disabled family. I do not think I will ever come back here again. I would rather go stay out at Worley with the CDA tribe because at least I can trust them to not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisiting relatives in the area who were excited to go try the breakfast buffet for Sunday morning breakfast together and it was supposed to run till 12p according to signage and website. We are at the counter paying when the lady says to others that they aren't putting any more food out and that what was there was there. The staff removed most of the containers from the food bar and what was left was minimal at best. Others who had just purchased buffet meals were just as baffled and unhappy as we were and staff response was "well we might put a few more biscuits out". We managed to peice together a small plate and some fruit for my spouse and I to share at the cost of $16.99 for each of us! Total rip off. And there were plenty of people there in the same boat so of course folks were trying to get something, anything, to eat before there was nothing left. The food was sad save for the 1 biscuit were able to get. Think Holiday Inn, i.e. hotel free breakfast quality, not $16.99 a person, casino quality most expect. We were very disappointed as were others and our family gathering was not what it should have been because we were all trying figure food. Others in our party end up having to order from and wait on the lunch menu just to get something to eat so no one in our group end up actually eating together. The people that come for your buffet at 11am should have the same experience as those that come at 8am if you are advertising food availability till 12p, especially...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally poor first experience. I went up to the casino with a friend on a Friday and was excited as this was my first time going. After a long drive through a blizzard we arrived to the quaint establishment. After inserting my sun club card the screen showed I had no free play which was really odd to me. I play each week with my card and have FreePlay 2 times a week through sun club which I normally play at Spokane Tribe casino. I went up to staff and asked why my free play wasnāt showing up and they explained to me that even though their Casino and Spokane tribe casino both use the sun club system for FreePlay, I couldnāt use my FreePlay at their establishment which makes absolute zero sense and I would have to go to Spokane Tribe Casino to use it. I understand that these are 2 different casinos but itās really odd that I couldnāt use my FreePlay there as I mentioned again that they both are part of the sun club. So than I asked well since they are apparently completely different establishments, could I then start a new membership with them and get a first time reward play? The staff told me no because they are part of the sun club like Spokane Tribe casino. Long story short, it was a really disappointing trek there and I felt like I was really getting scammed. On a side note, the casino is very clean and the spread they have is quite a...
