This is the absolute worst experience of my life. Went tonight for the Christmas lights, paid online (charged a convenience fee), got there and still had to wait in an hour long line to get in with people who had not bought a ticket. Completely unthought out. Finally got in, to wait in another hour long line to go back to see the lights. There’s one bathroom. There were hundreds of people there- none in masks might I add. The people serving food were not wearing masks or gloves- they were out of multiple food/beverage items and not to mention- had to wait an hour in line for that too. The people were rude. The place was dirty and completely unsanitized. I could go on and on about my terrible experience but you get it. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Plain and simple- it...
Read moreWent here for their "Nights of Lights". It was nicely done. We saw the Grinch, Cindy Lou Hoo, Mr. and Mrs. Claus, elfs and some other winter themed characters. Also I understand why you would only take cash past the gate (due to connectivity), so maybe offer a package at the gate for a hot chocolate...
Read moreThis is the worst run business I have ever seen! Between all the people smoking and no one wearing a mask, I’m not sure what was worse. 90% of people were not wearing masks and it was not enforced by anyone on staff. Staff crammed into the wagons with no social distancing being practiced. Fire pits in the middle of walkways with kids running around..can we say hazard? Staff preparing food not wearing gloves or masks. I’ll keep my $10 and spend it elsewhere as the lights were not worth it. You’d be better off riding through a...
