I love sports! If you do, I recommend this Regional Athletic Center in Lacey located across from the area formerly known as Mushroom Corner down Marvin Rd towards Steliacom Rd. On the Intercity route 62 B going to the Meadows request stop before you reach Fire Department #34 there is a Bus stop in front of it! This Complex has 3 awesome baseball fields side by side by side! So, you are sure to get your share of America' favorite past time! Everything about the area is exceptional and offers a parking area that provides charging for EV and traditional vehicles and a safe crosswalk to the "Big League" style of baseball fields and smoking area is located before you enter inside. Next, if you want to take your furry four-legged friend for a nice walk there is walking trails located around and through the Complex! Yes, it has a very nice playground located near pavilions (which can be reserved as is the case in any of Lacey City Parks)and a bathroom and yet another area for parking! There are several Basketball courts going deeper into the Complex until you reach the Soccer Fields of which again is more parking and restrooms centered among the well groomed and recently upgraded "World Cup" feel Soccer Fields!!! And I don't want to forget to inform you that there is yet another playground located in the area of the Futbol Fields! Ultimately this is the best place in Lacey to get out and exercise or enjoy watching a few various team sports events nearly daily or nightly! The City of Lacey has some of the safest ( cameras located almost everywhere needed then some!) As well they have the cleanest picnic areas and bathrooms all wheelchair accessible!!! But, check it out for yourself or yourselves and I hope to see you soon!?!?! Enjoy Exploring and The Many Fine Public Parks and other public areas the City of Lacey, Washington has...(long story short) Please see for yourself?! The City of Lacey, Keep up the fantastic work and the future planning on going in all your care!!!! I'm very happy and certainly impressed with the City of Lacey's Everything!!!...

Really nice ball fields. Turf infield & grass outfield. The grass is really well manicured. Four of the fields have 300' fences with field #5 having a 400' fence. The dugouts are covered. NO METAL CLEATS NO SEEDS

For the Fans: Very well landscaped parking are and tree li ed entry into the complex Covered bleachers at each field. Nice big, well maintained concrete plaza with concession stand and a central covered eating area. There are sun shades for those hot summer tournaments as well. There are 18 individual, unisex bathrooms, didn't see any changing tables though. There are also four covered eating areas outside of the field complex with BBQ stations. There are asphalt paved walking paths all round the park, great for walking, scooters, or bikes. There is a nice, dedicated smoking area just outside the front gate of the complex.

Parking: There are two very large parking lots, one paved, the other gravel. No overnight stays or fires. DON'T USE THE ROUND ABOUT AS A DROP OFF. This is the main entrance to the park.

For the little ones: There is a nice playground between fields 2 & 3 with a huge safety net to protect the kids from foul balls. There is tons of nicely paved concrete areas with in the complex. There is another larger playground just outside of the complex and a large flat...

Interesting use of space. They have a LOT of real estate most dedicated to beautifully kept baseball fields with rest rooms that are open only during games (weekends, evenings).

Past the ballpark area is a lovely children's playground with great equipment and some outdoor basketball hoops... AND rest rooms open during weekdays. Between the parking lot and the play area is a covered area with some picnic tables.

Most importantly (to me anyway) are the ChargePoint charging stations, located in a massive parking lot! They're relatively new, very reliable and cheap, only $ .35 per kwH.

The grounds are well-kept and make for an ok walk while charging my car.

I'm giving this complex only 3 stars, for a few reasons. First off, it feels like nearly half the real estate is parking..Secondly, i deducted a star for lack of variety and universal appeal. It's a shame there are no tennis or pickleball courts, as these sports are very popular. Skateboarding ramps are another activity, popular with...

Centered in Hawks Prairie is the Regional Athletic Complex otherwise known as the RAC. Plenty of parking for multiple sports playing all at once with walking trails to keep an eye on kiddos as they play or to exercise dogs. There are multiple baseball fields with separate bathrooms, play center and concession stands. Ease of access go drop athletes right up close and get parking. If you want to host a party or event there are plenty of camp shelters available for reservation. You can even use the available grills if need be. If basketball, soccer or flag football is your sport of chose there are multiple fields available for tournaments or local games. The RAC is one of the best parks in the Lacey area and even better now that the mushroom farm is gone.

Great place to hang out with the kids...plenty of open space, handy dog waste receptacles all over, lots of shady places to hang out, walking trails and pathways, lots of bathrooms and parking, shelters (with grills and electrical outlets) that can be reserved for special occasions, and SO much more!!! It's worth the visit on any day of the week!
