Paddled here as part of the Cascadia Marine Trail. In late September, we were the only people in the entire campground (including car powered!). The tide goes ridiculously far out at low tide. The campground itself was clean. Several spots for kayak access tents in a larger shared space. A bit of a walk up from the beach but no more than 5 minutes. Water was provided and a pit toilet.
