This is the 2nd time I’ve come here for dinner (1 year ago was the last time) and both experiences were the same. It was Tuesday night- we were in town to see Family for my fiancé’s Birthday. Gorgeous atmosphere and view... that is the only reason I’m putting two stars here instead of one. I hate leaving poor reviews however I do want to warn future consumers... Don’t come here hungry! Come about 2-3 hrs before you get hungry... there were about 8 other tables seated when we arrived (restaurant was about 1/3 full) no music was playing just awkward silence. The waitress might have been also cooking the meals and washing dishes. We didn’t see much of her and she seemed sweet but way too much was on her to-do list to offer decent service- plus she was either flustered/not all there/or ill educated... not sure which. She was sweet and she was trying. When she brought our wine out she handed my glass of Syrah to my fiancé and announced it as sauvignon blanc. We actually timed it this time... after being seated we ordered drinks: 3 glasses of wine, a sprite and a chocolate milk. 50 minutes later our wine arrived but the kids waited an additional 10 minutes for their drinks. From the time we were seated to the time we got our meal it was 2 hours and 40 minutes. Our wine was empty for at least 30 minutes before we even saw our server to ask for another. At this point there was only one other table seated. The ribs were over cooked and dry, the flatbread pizza had raw garlic and slimy tomatoes (our guest completely lost her appetite), the fish and chips were the most bland generic fish and chips we’ve ever had. The kids’ pizzas were also disgusting because they were made on French bread. The mussels were ok at least. We were grateful to be in good company looking for long conversation or it would have been a miserable experience. I hope the ownership here can either become more involved, or at least hire more/better/faster staff. This place has so much potential to be a beautiful dining experience but sadly is lacking so...

My sister in law and I had a wonderful time here!! The casino is very clean and welcoming.
I must say the staff here is suberb!!! My sister in law had accidentally left a winning ticket worth about 25 in a machine she had been playing. She went back to get it and someone had snatched it in the span of maybe two or three minutes. We called security over and they were right on it!!! They were able to use their technology to quickly,find the, in my opinion, "ticket stealer",and he was quickly escorted out of the casino.

The deli is delicious and the bartender was so friendly, kind and funny!!!
Also the slot machines paid out pretty well and we had a blast, even with the theif incident. Again, the security team was just wonderful and made us feel safe and taken care of. We will be back for sure!!!

The early bird coupon for December was very misleading and it was faults advertisement the coupon says Sunday 10 to 11 am one per customer must be a member of The players club player club membership is free photo ID required may not be combined with any other offers no cash value reproductions will not be honored there's no place it says that it is good for only one coupon per promotion it does not say you can only pick one Sunday in the month of December it says no reproductions are honored so if you have another coupon cut out of the book you should be able to use it the next Sunday if you're there between 10 a.m. and 11 very misleading and I'm very unhappy that is false advertisements and the staff was very unprofessional I am very disappointed in the service as well as their advertisementand how they handled the situation they should have honored it they were in the wrong as far as I'm concerned that...
