Pepper Ann loves coming here!

This park very clean and well maintained by the staff. Even the bathrooms are decent!

It is leashed dog friendly and a great place to walk your dog in the summer because much of it is shaded. There are large, open spaces of green grass, perfect for playing fetch with a long lead.

There is a lot of parking available, between the three parking lots.

The Green Belt Walkway and an Audubon birding trail also runs through it. This is great during the spring when pelicans, geese, and other birds are migrating and breeding.

Other amenities include, charcoal grills, picnic tables, play areas, and gazebos.

We highly recommend...

Great park, lots of parking, paved walkways. A very nice play ground with Swings, a small jungle gym, Spring Riders, slides, a climbing spider web and a tube to crawl through all on a sandy ground. Nice meandering paved walkway from one end of the park to the other end that goes along the Snake River. There is a covered area that has picnic tables. There are bbq grills here and there. Lots of huge trees for shade and also water fowl to watch. There is a bike rack for you to lock your bike up if you want to. There is also a permanent...

I love getting pictures of the different flowers and trees in the area. The trail is paved and is roughly 5 miles long, so it's a great place for a run. The path also has marks on the pavement that marks each quarter mile in each direction. This is nice when you want to keep track of...
