Tres Rojas Winery — Attraction in Washington

My friend had an event here. They did not treat them professionally, nor politely and also spoke rudely about them to me directly. I was rushed to close my tab and we just sat down after three hours of our event and were told to leave because "this is a private party." Overlapping booking, double/triple booking a space is never a good thing. I will not be going back, nor supporting this business again.

see below owner request for editedit: I chose too leave out the other details, but because you say my review is "inaccurate," let me emphasize that the first interaction I had with the owner, she told me how difficult---less than polite wording, it had been to work with Matt, -- That is rude, as she doesn't even know who I am in relation to the co. I just walked up to ask where in the room I'm setting up. I have been working with Matt for years on events and he is pretty clear and communicative, in fact precise. Months advance were given about this booking. Secondly, he booked the back room and upon arrival was told there would be another party in there with him. I was told I could just sing to their other guests that would be in there. NOT HAPPENING. So we went outside in high winds, sheet music flying, to sing with my band to his guests on the patio vs the back room until they finally told us there was no party in there. Two set ups for heavy gear-- for literally just two sets. We finished at 5:15 and maybe at 5:45 I sat down to finish the wine I purchased while playing.

I kindly decline your request to remove my review. I usually leave great reviews, as my history shows. Unacceptable business behavior to paying customers. I had friends go and they were shocked of the massively empty room "Supposedly booked for a party" on top of the event we were having. Additionally, when performers are in a venue, its pretty normal that the gear moving and tab paying is done as quickly as possible. As a chemist, their meticulous approach to perfecting each flavor profile before producing larger batches for the public ensures a consistently superior product, as evidenced by their many accolades.

The venue itself is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit memorable. The owners, Lisa and her husband (the wine-maker), are highly knowledgeable and passionate about providing an exceptional experience for every guest.

Feels like home when I go! Family business built from the ground up and the owners (Bob and Lisa and their fur babies) are there frequently and take such pride in their product and in getting to know their customers. They have so many different events there…. music/bands, craft shows, Murder Mystery dinners, and much more. You can rent the event room for a special occasion. The whole facility is nice and roomy the cold/winter months. The summer is when they really shine with a beautiful patio and expansive lawn. Lots of outdoor events and food trucks at times.
