Echo Lake Park — Attraction in Watertown

Swing set near parking area. Parking is limited. One bench off to the side overlooking the lake. There is a building but it was locked up during my visit in November. I don't know if it was bathrooms or a snack bar, but as this is a small park, it seems unusual to be there at all. Supposedly there is a trail around this very small lake but I didn't see a trail or markers. I noticed several parked cars with people using their phones/working or eating. Not a bad place but what I hate the most was all the trash in the parking lot and along the road. seems to be very dumpy and trashy in places. the trail was so and so since it did go around the lake and over to the park. easy to follow and if you wanted too you can go back on the road. sure the kids would love it for summer and spring yes. please clean it up though and make it a little more...
