Out of towners with an excited 3-year old that arrived 10 mins before the 12 o’clock tour. After going inside and speaking to the girl at the counter, we were told we had to book online. By the time we got to the checkout online it had turned 12:00. The girl told us that it was too late for the tour and would be “unfair” to call the guide up for the tour, even though just a minute before she said it would be fine to take the tour if we book it in time. We offered to pay card or cash in person but that was not an option. It seems like a matter of 30 seconds was the difference between taking the tour or not. If the guide would have been available to do it at 11:59 why did 12:00 magically make it impossible? Very little help or urgency from the employee. Might be a great place but a pretty awful customer experience will prevent us...

We had a great time visiting Winchester Creek Farm today! This special farm provides the rare opportunity to meet & feed adorable alpacas & other farm animals. The mini cows & mini horses were interesting & fun to see & learn about. The tours are done hourly, so there are no big crowds & everyone gets plenty of time & space to see the animals & interact with them. The farm is immaculately clean & peaceful. You can tell the animals are loved & spoiled by their caretakers. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, entertaining & we learned a lot about all the animals! It's a great outing for adults, kids and families. Lots of great photo opportunities, and a gift shop filled with really fun items. I highly recommend this unique farm experience & we will definitely be back again soon! Thank you WCF for a great day...

READ THERE POLICY WELL. No!!! Refund!!!! FOR ANY REASON!!!!!! We booked 1 1/2 hour before arriving. My wife became ill and wasn't able to go with our Granddaughter to the farm. The young man at the counter wasn't interested is discussing or interested in hearing anything about the situation. JUST NO RUFUND OF ANY KIND WHAT SO EVER. PERIOD........ VERY POOR FRONT PERSON TO BE REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! Not like you have a private tour guide to yourself. Just a group of 20 people. NO!! trade for cost of admission for treats for the animals or anything. JUST NO!!!!!!!! Hopefully not the true representation of the owners? MAYBE SO??? I live in the area and will never return. I have supported buying eggs in the past but no longer. Look what your $16 cost you. JUST BE CAREFUL AND NO...

We had a tour today & had such a great time. Nathan was an awesome guide, full of knowledge about the area & history of the farm as well as tons of information about the animals. The place was immaculate and you can really tell the love & care the staff have for these precious animals. We really loved that a lot of the animals are rescues. We paid the few extra bucks to feed the animals treats & that alone was worth the trip! Rain was expected today so a few of the animals weren't out which was a little dissapointing but overall it was a wonderful experience. Give Frannie the black alpaca my love, she's my new best friend ❤

We recently stayed in Waynesville for a long weekend away. We had planned on skiing but the weather had other plans. We found Winchester while looking for other things to do and it was worth every penny. Our 2.5 year old LOVED the animals and the team was so welcoming. The treats felt like a kids version of slot machines hahaha because we just kept getting more and more extras. The animals were all great but I think the highlights for us were the sheep (that wanted all the pets), Bug the mini cow, the chickens, and of course the alpacas. Thank you so much for an amazing visit!
