On the whole I love coming here when I’m in town, but recently had an experience where I had ordered ahead purposely because I have PTSD and tend to try to avoid crowds and lines. It was busy when I arrived and all employees were assisting other customers. I have no issue waiting my turn, but when the next employee was free they did not offer to assist me and instead helped a man who had already been greeted and was being helped along with their spouse. There was no acknowledgement of me having been waiting there. After more time passed, while the couple was still deciding, another employee offered to assist and grabbed my order while assisting the couple. No apology or acknowledgment of my wait time. Wow, was I ever impressed! Security levels, information, assistance, explanations...all at my fingertips. These folks really know what they're doing and are highly professional. I was met at the door and asked for ID. Reception asked for ID again once we were inside, and then again once we made our final purchases. In the interim, we were treated really well despite all of the newbie questions we had. The place is really nicely designed, we felt extremely comfortable, and had all of our questions answered. I visited Cape Cod in May and was able to stop into The Piping Plover with my mom. When we walked in we were able to get some free products from an awesome Good Chemistry representative, Dylan. Upon entering the dispensary, we loved the service we got from Michael! He was incredibly kind and patient. He picks the buds himself and was excited to let us see a few different strains before making our selections.
