Went to The Bartels Farm Pumpkin patch Saturday and we had a ball! I loved how everything was free, and the hotdogs and hamburgers were all under $3! The pumpkins were in good shape, there was a huge pile of hay for kids to climb on, and the hayrides were only $2/person! And the staff there was incredible....we noticed on the hayride there was a pumpkin launcher, we were told to ask an older gentleman if we could see him launch a couple and without hesitation, he got on his bicycle and rode to the back of the patch and shot up 3. Also, when there wasn't any wagons available to cart off a huge pumpkin, i talked to another employee who went to the back of the shed, pulled out a wagon, and pumped up each tire for me. If that's not great customer service i don't know what is. I will be telling all my friends about this farm, and we'll probably go back next year. Thanks Bartels Farm for making an enjoyable and memorable experience for me and my family. See...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHands down my favorite pumpkin patch in NoCo! I can honestly say that they continually try to improve and add attractions to their pumpkin patch each year. I love how they have the āHow Tall This Fallā sign, as my son has taken a picture with it each year and itās so fun to look back and see how much heās grown! They have food, snacks and drinks and this year even added an ice cream truck which I thought was great because it can always get so hot especially in early October when we like to go. I like how they have an area for already picked pumpkins or give you the option to go pick your own and the prices are amazing!!! I have went to other patches that charge by the pound and spent 80$ for 3 pumpkins and bartels and I got a couple medium size pumpkins and some tiny pumpkins for 30 bucks! This year at one of their side shops they sold these adorable crochet ghosts and my sons and I loved! Absolutely recommend over and over...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA fall tradition! This is a BUSY place in October. But itās a tradition for a reason. We get fresh kettle corn and caramel corn, visit the farm animals (including free ranging chickens and a dog), and pick out giant pumpkins. Of course, get the āHow tall this fallā classic photos. There are white pumpkins in the fields if youāre willing to brave the tall weeds. It does get dusty with cars going in and out of the dirt parking area, so donāt wear your fancy outfits here. The playground equipment is far past its prime and should probably be removed or replaced, so I shield that from the eyes of my tiny one (for her safety and my sanity!) but otherwise they offer a multitude of photo ops, gorgeous views of mountains, fields, wildflowers, and pumpkins! Prices on pumpkins and decorations are very reasonable. A fun fall outing...
