My journey with Element Church has been a complex one. I was initially drawn to its vibrant community and impressive facilities. The music program is excellent, and I always find joy in singing about Jesus with my fellow believers. However, my experience has also been marked by disappointment and a sense of disconnect.
I joined this church three years ago seeking a sense of community and belonging. Sadly, I've struggled to connect with many of its members. I've observed a troubling disconnect between the values preached and the actions of some individuals, a hypocrisy that has hindered my ability to form genuine connections.
During a challenging period in my life, I felt unsupported by the church community. While I understand that everyone faces their own struggles, I believe a true Christian community should prioritize compassion and support for its members.
I've also noticed an emphasis on church politics and external projects that seem to overshadow the core values of Christianity. I believe the church should prioritize serving its own community and fostering spiritual growth before focusing on outward expansion.
Furthermore, I've felt that scripture is sometimes misused or loosely interpreted to support certain viewpoints. I believe a deeper and more thoughtful engagement with the followers in the church is crucial for genuine spiritual understanding maybe it's in an effort to appeal to a wider audience .
My faith is deeply personal to me. I carry Jesus with me wherever I go, and I don't need to be preached to in order to feel his presence. I believe I have a close relationship with God, and I trust in his guidance even when I make mistakes. I came to this church seeking fellowship and community, not instruction or judgment.
Despite these challenges, I remain committed to finding my place within this church. I believe in its potential for good, and I hope that my feedback can contribute to positive change.
I encourage the church to create more opportunities for genuine connection and fellowship among its members. Small groups, social events, and outreach programs could help foster a stronger sense of community.
Finally, I believe the church should re-evaluate its priorities and focus on embodying the true spirit of Christianity ā compassion, service, and love for one another although we can not control people individually i think the thing that is keeping this church from being a better church is that people are subtlety judging others in a place of worship i don't come to church for jesus
i have jesus as soon i think about the manifestation of his spirit with a singular thought i come to church to connect with like minded people or where i believe i can find them at.
I hope that by sharing my honest observations, I can contribute to creating a more welcoming, supportive, and spiritually fulfilling environment for all. I encourage everyone in this community to strive for greater authenticity, compassion, and unity.
I've rewritten this review to better describe my experience in a more constructive positive way and i may come back from time to review it from time to time because
i plan on continuing to go to this church i believe I was divinely brought to this church for a reason that I'm not entirely certain of just yet bad experiences aside
So far my experiences have not improved but I plan on continuing to go it seems the pastor likes to create sermons around why people should bring down reviews after somebody leaves a genuine bad review with sincere concern for the church they have been attending for almost 3 years where people bad mouth them behind their backs and send their employees to come and spy on and than on top of it in fact I'm going to get even more involved it's crazy to believe I volunteered at this place it doesn't bother me at all it is unchristian like though in fact this church needs more Christians that can show people what gods really like
nope its getting worse video...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWOnderful church- has a "motley " crew...but the pastor re-affirms that he must please Jesus and be true to preaching from the Bible..NOT FOR the culture or the dictates of society...AMEN and again I say, AMEN! Come as you are, but know when you find Jesus, things will become "NEW" and you will be a new creation...and that is as it should be...a church is not there for programs or activities..or monies or growth..a church is blessed because it follows the leading of the Holy Spirit and dictates from God the Father! A sinner can only see God through Jesus/Savior; a believer can see & call God "Father" ; and only true believers can do mighty "exploits" with His Power- the Holy Spirit...and this church seems to understand that. the "trinity" though not a Biblical term, can be explained in the same way...a person (let's say John) might be a husband to a wife; a dad to a son; a friend to a neighbor-- but still John..God our Father is seen as "father" by believers,"Jesus " by sinners; and Holy Spirit by believers doing God's Work! Also this present series- great! The End of the WORLD might be an over the top description- placing previous kooks and nuts with us- so perhaps the END OF THE AGE would have been a better description - because it will be the end of the age - the Gentile age...as the Tribulation/revelation will be focused on the Jews...anyway food for thought!
Though we go to another church- this church brought a prodigal daughter back before her untimely death last year at 43...and now her one daughter clings to coming ever so often..as satan attempts to batter her around..satan puts his full attention on such a church...so please staff..bolster your warriors and fortress around those new believers -especially those ready to receive the full measure of the Holy Spirit - to do battle! Grace church under Ron Tucker went through such growth and battles...God bless you all !...

I have been to element 10+ times with a close friend. I really loved the welcoming and laid back atmosphere. I had planned on becoming a member soon. Last week Pastor Leo gave a great service that I felt spoke directly to me. Just like past services I was left feeling uplifted and connected. This week was the opposite. The guest Pastor Steven's service did have some good messages but sprinkled throughout were offensive remarks. I had always felt like element was inclusive to all people until today. Comments about how cleaning was "woman's work" and using the discussion of the sin of pride to single out the LGBTQ+ community. Also implying that people with tattoos are "heathens". Overall I sat through the service and wanted to brush off any misgivings I had. I normally felt very comfortable. Then at the end Pastor Eric came out and stated anyone who felt offended by anything that was said had no reason to email him because he agreed with everything Pastor Steven had said. To me this was the most upsetting part. What kind of leader refuses to hear the concerns of those they lead. I left church today feeling discouraged, disconnected, and just sad. I will not be back and I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking for a safe inclusive environment for all who want to...
