The holiday night lights walk through was AMAZING! I've done the drive through experience each year, but WOW was I ever missing out by skipping the 1 mile walk. There is a $5 per person entry fee (not sure if family pricing is an option), but for that small token yoy receive plenty. The lights are great, there are children of all ages caroling along the way here and there, and at the half way point there are complimentary cookies and cocoa, photo opportunities with Santa, a fun photo booth complete with props to use if you are without; a great way to commemorate the event with your loved ones (they even print the pictures as you come out of the booth for you to take home for free), several photo props adorn the walls for even more holiday photo ops, and then you enjoy the rest of the walk at your leisure. The entire staff is festive and friendly! I will be making this a family tradition from this year forward. Thank you Wentzville Parks and Recreation, volunteers, staff, and of course all of our Wentzville law enforcement for your time and efforts in adding to my Christmas spirit this season!

A nice peaceful park. The lake is somewhat picturesque, but unfortunately they removed all the trees and plants at the south end when they added the retention pond in 2022. It would be nice if the path went all the way around the lake, instead of just veering off to other areas of the park. There is a pretty area of daffodils and hyacinths next to the lake in the spring, but it just bare ground the rest of the year. They hold the St. Charles County Fair here for a week in July, the Renaissance Fair on weekends in the summer, and the Holiday Nightlights in December.

2021 Renaissance Festival at Rotary Park. It was a great time. Many merchants to shop from, food to eat, and shows to watch. It was fun walking into what felt like another world with most of the other participants dressing up. I will be attending next year, too.

They lack restrooms/ portable toilets for the general public that wish to utilize the park for walking or everyday use. The lower fields utilized by youth football for practice do not have adequate accommodations, the portable toilet is a great distance away, about 6 min walk if a person is quick. Children, elderly and disabled persons have difficulty getting to them as needed. Additional portable toilets are available during the County Fair and Renaissance Festival. It would be very helpful to have an additional portable toilet in the...
