Pine Lake Estates Beach Association — Attraction in West Bloomfield Township

I remember my mom taking us here in the 80s now maybe she knew somebody to get us access to the beach I don’t remember because I was very young but I guess it’s not a public beach. I thought it was but maybe my mom was with us someone else in the neighborhood I can’t remember, but that’s sad just like that other guy said that the rich people just hogged the beach all to their selves, and won’t let anyone else in the neighborhood....

It's private, they don't want outsiders. Keep out. Whenever my family and I visit the West Bloomfield area each summer we find this hostility and classism amongst the MANY (hundreds?) of beaches in the area. It's unfortunate that some (rich) people want to hog our natural resources and claim them for themselves. Perhaps they can learn from other areas in the US and other countries where it's illegal to...
