West Deptford Park — Attraction in West Deptford Township

Update March 3 2024: Rating changed from 5 to 3 stars due to the substantial amount of trash all over the park, especially along any fencing. Usually, this park is quite clean but has been lacking over the last few months. Activity benches are rusting and the kiddie artwork needs a touch up. Hopefully the warmer weather will see this attended to.

Original Review: Well maintained park with loop great for walking, jogging etc! Pickleball courts are new and usually packed midday or right after 4pm. No dog park, but pets are allowed while leashed. Many pet owners do not leash their dogs here, so be aware...

Nice park, especially for sports oriented people. Lots of open fields and some formal ball fields. An asphalt walking path winds around the park. There are also some physical fitness apparatuses and several basketball courts. A nice addition was opening a section of woods at the back of the park, which offers hiking trails through the woods and away from the park activities. I didn't even know this park existed. It's in a really bizarre location tucked away in a corporate center. But you'd honestly never know. It has a cross country track or trail tennis courts and other stuff. The day that we walked we saw a deer. It's large enough for you to be able to spread out and play different sports if you want.
