It's not as big as a walk as I expected it to be, but calming and uplifting nevertheless. We were lucky to hear a Virginia Rail bird, which we have never heard before. There is bench like seating halfway through the walk and one platform at the end.

Cool little spot and we checked the Whipple trail after which was better of the two. Unfortunately a lot of trash at the marsh boardwalk. Picture is from the Whipple trail down the street

Great variety of birds with gorgeous views of mountains. this is in the top five of the most beautiful places I've ever gone birding. Highly recommended and easy to get to.

This marsh unfortunately suffers from a heavy infestation of invasive common reed, but i won't downrank it for that since it isn't the wetland's fault. It's a beautiful spot and good for birdwatching or looking at marsh plants. There is...
