West Union Event Center — Attraction in West Union

Elegant and beautiful facility, the food was excellent, but I’m only giving 4 stars because my only disappointment was with the service, specially with the older lady and her staff, they were not very welcoming whenever you got in the kitchen… which is sad because the food is not cheap, they charge for the rental facility and you are required to buy their food as you are not allowed to bring your own… which is very convenient, but at the same time, if you are paying for the food, at least its expected that you and your guests to be treated with respect.

On the other side, the older gentleman (I think he is the owner) he was super polite and the couple of times I went to the kitchen and he realized the staff was not being helpful with me, he would join the conversation and made sure I got what I needed…. To you, thank you for being such a polite and respectful gentleman, I hope your staff learns from you, so even during big events, I understand it can be stressful but they still need to treat customers right!… without customers there is no business. This is such a great event center. The facility is easy to get to, plenty of parking, large restrooms, spacious dance floor and excellent food. Most importantly you don't feel like your in a large warehouse like other event centers...
