In the beautiful rolling hills of Birchrunville, West Vincent Township, Birchrun HIlls Farm by far has the best cheeses (and other dairy products) in Chester County (if not the entire state of PA). The Miller's put their heart and soul into their dairy farm, and that is apparent in the quality of their products. Not to mention that they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend visiting their on-site store on a Friday, when they also have local vintner Le Garage Winery selling their award-winning wines, and, when weather permits (and even sometimes when it doesn't permit) live entertainment. You get your beautiful cheese board (comes with some pre sliced bread) and fresh local baguette from inside the farm store. Make sure to grab a free local apple if you're lucky and they have them.
