We hiked the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge. Glade Run Crossing, Middle Valley, Sand Run, and Cabin Mountain Trail. Oh my gosh what a stunning hike! There is so much to see on this trail! Slow down and take your time you will be glad that you did. The weather was absolutely perfect. At every water crossing there is some type of walkway. We never got our feet wet.
