I feel so lucky to have found them! My prior experiences have not been satisfactory, they either had crooked stiches or poorly matched seams not to mention the hidden fees... I worked with Rachel, I found her to be terribly patient and extremely good at suggesting and giving you the feeling that everything is under control even when you yourself are unsure on just the right look for your room. She will give you great ideas and sometimes they might be something you never thought you'd like and you find it'll become your favorite piece. I actually have two such pieces, they are awesome- everyone who comes to my place asks me if I want to sell them.... one is a beautiful set of chairs and the other is an refinished 9ft pagoda. She changed it from red to an antiqued grey finish, it is just beautiful. I certainly will refer them to all my friends. I found them to be reasonable and honest, great to work with and quite a fast return on the pieces I gave them. I plan on using them on all my upholstery needs and interior decorating tips. I absolutely love the Reborn House. Rachel came to my house and took measurements of a set of breakfast nook benches I needed cushions made for. She left me fabric samples and even sent me information to a website where I could choose rom more beautiful fabric options. Geraldo did amazing quality job on the actual sewing and stitching of the cushions. The completed look of the cushions was amazing! The cushions are super comfy, and look great in our kitchen. It was an absolute pleasure to work with The ReBorn House to have my chair reupholstered. Rachel was quick to respond to my questions and she was very helpful in offering suggestions for fabric.
