Everal Barn & Homestead — Attraction in Westerville

Beautiful historic barn. Love everything about it, it's perfect for our little upcoming wedding. We were ready to book the location and we did as her email said to come to the brick building to get a packet after looking at the open barn. We walked in and she was seated with people so we kinda snuck in, looked at the table full of brochures to find said packet while trying to not interrupt. When I didn't see it I started to walk into the other room to look around to wait our turn and she loudly shouted "the barn is open next door". So I peeked back in and said "we already went there we came to get a packet I was trying to not interrupt". She reached behind her handed me a folder and went back to her conversation. The staff onsite during our wedding was not friendly at all. We were not let in at the agreed upon time, and the staff did not open the back door for us to have our wedding exit out of the barn. He also did not show up in a timely manner to open the door so we could remove chairs and tables to create a dance floor. The safety was also horrible here as five cars were broken into and robbed from during our reception. Terrible experience. We have done two graduation parties here now over the last few years. The place is huge with lots of room to set up and do activities. We stayed at the food and everything on the main floor. Upstairs was where the kids hung out a lot and played board games and listened to music. Then they spent a lot of time outside in the yard, where we set up some outdoor games. We will probably be back here again in a few years for my youngest daughters...
