The Finger — Attraction in Westford

Decided to take a drive from Castleton today to see this amazing art. On the drive up, my girlfriend and I were talking about how amazing it would be, if they put Xmas lights and santa hats on the "The Finger". We enjoyed a Christmas miracle, of not only Santa hats, but also "The Finger" lit up as a Christmas tree.

This art display did not disappoint, these wood carvings are huge! The woodwork is absolutely beautiful, and the backstory made this trip so worth it. Laughs, three displays of steadfast defiance, and Christmas cheer. What else could we ask for on Xmas day?

We highly recommend going to see them when...

People really have no clue how many rights our past generations have given away to our bureaucrat b.s artists. Land use and zoning codes violate our private property rights, guy wants to build a shop on his own dam property, let him!! Given the amount of “green-washed” environmental idiots that reside in VT , the guy is literally cutting his vehicle greenhouse gas emissions by what, bet at least 50% . Well done sir, hopefully enough of us can unite and over turn this...

I have to give props to the owner for having the guts to go through with this. It made national headlines and now Kid Rock owns one.

I visited around midnight on 7/24 and, sure enough, it's still there and lit up at apparently all hours. I love the novelty & the story behind it.

Best of all, there's a wide driveway nearby and it's in a clear field so I could easily walk up to it for...
