I held my son’s 5th birthday party here this past weekend and it was the worse experience I have ever had, I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. For starters I attempted to call them multiple times prior to the party for some clarification on a few things with no return call. My mother in law finally got a hold of David, confirming it was ok to have a character there, but when we got there the manager told us no and David wasn’t there, so a lot of time was spent debating that situation. Then we were told we wouldn’t have access to the party room until a certain time which was disappointing because last year we held his birthday at this location and it was fine, so I spent a lot of time explaining to my guest the changes due to new ownership. The host sympathized with that and told me to come up and show him how I wanted things set up. I later ran into the host and was told we could start heading up to our party area, so I hunted all our guest down to let them know to head upstairs. After all that we were given a bill with an extra $100 time fee, I asked the host about it and he stated it was a mistake and had it removed. When my husband went to the counter to pay our bill, the manager stated she was adding it back. I explained to her the host invited me up to show him where I wanted things set up and then I went back downstairs. I wasn’t up there no more then 10 minutes. During this whole conversation the manager was very condescending and super rude, as if she paid us to be there. I then found the party host and he confirmed we didn’t spend any extra time up there. She then stated, “well you’re still going to pay the fee”. She stated she didn’t have the capability to removed it. Which was a lie because it was removed already. She then threatened to call the police multiple times. I spent an hour trying to explain this misunderstanding to her and she refused to listen. She kept repeating her threats and the amount she expected us to pay. She refused to let us pay for the rest of the party aside from the fee. It felt like she was being spiteful because she was upset over the character conversation with my mother in law and wanted to get back at us. Especially since the host backed us up. We have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. This was our 2nd birthday party here and planned to make it a tradition. It’s really disheartening they’re willing to lose loyal customers over a simple misunderstanding. My sons birthday was ruined and this place isn’t cheap. He was terrified and upset because of her threats of calling the police. I had no choice but to be forced to pay the unjustified $100 fee. Sky Zone scammed us and turned this into the most stressful experience, which is the opposite of what’s advertised.

Edit: It has been over a month since the party. After calling, sending an email, and this review, I have yet to hear from SkyZone. They have proven they can give 0 Fs about their customers. I still feel very strongly that this was an unjustified $100 fee for an extra hour in the party room that we did not utilize. Along with the terrible memory of my son’s 5th...

Sky Zone Westlake STAY AWAY!!! Here is what my wife and I were promised for our kids first birthday: We could jump with our son. We would have the party area for the duration of our party. The first level party room would be available. The coordinators would handle the set up and tear down of our party. Here is what happened: We get the Sky Zone Westlake location and the place is completely overbooked probably had more people there then allowed by the fire codes, but hey I am no safety inspector. So we finally get our socks my wife and I head to the jump zones and get to a pad in the corner with our 1 year old son. Roughly 15-20 seconds later a young worker comes up to us and informs us that we actually are NOT allowed to be on the trampoline with our 1 year old. He said are two options are leave your 1 year to jump alone or all of you have to leave. I went to the manager and let him know and he promised to get right back to me and I never saw him again. Jumping ruined CHECK! Next our party room, we were stuck on the second floor after being told the first would be open. This is only a big deal because we had a guest in a wheelchair. After are coordinator told us there was nothing he could do about moving us, he recommended we just carry the individual up the stairs. So we did. After we waited about one hour for our room to be ready (they over booked). So finally when we get everyone upstairs the coordinators did nothing…… We set up everything; the guy walked around with a platter of food and drinks and seemed to just wander aimlessly. While this guy was walking around and the gal was not doing anything I was running my kids presents up and down the steps because we were told we had limited time because another party was right after us (overbooked). So I missed the present opening of my kids first birthday how awesome is that???? Party ruined CHECK! After all of this and complaining through email and phone two weeks later we were told…. There was nothing they can see they did wrong. They will take this as a learning experience and work on training their people better…. Nick is the GM who came to this conclusion in case anyone has problems call him. He will not offer a refund and you will have to call about 5 times before you get a hold of him. But if he is the person responsible for training his staff he needs to do a better job and complaints should probably head his way sooner than later. So THANKS Nick for wasting my $750.00+ dollars, my time, and giving me the worst possible memories I could have on my kids...

I just had a party there for my son yesterday. I had booked the party at the beginning of the month didn't get a confirmation email about the booking until the night before. Although I was promised two separate occasions before that one would be sent. I arrived to skyzone Westlake 45 minutes before the party began. I walked up to the party line and the two teenagers that greeted me acted as if they had no idea that I was having a party here in 45 minutes. From that moment on it was nothing but disappointment. Besides the one person who contributed anything good to this night which was Chris our party host. If it weren't for him I would have demanded my money back. The package includes a room/area for the kids to get drinks set there shoes have a place for their gifts. Instead because it was over booked and understaffed his stuff sat on a cart until 8:50 PM when our party host had to find an free area bc the room from a prior party hadn't been cleaned yet. Let's talk about the staff that kept hiding in the back office they could've lended him a hand had they did not they just stayed in the back room area. I'm sure you have cameras to show you this is all true. While we waited my husband and I went to the weak and empty snack bar and the teenager working it talked us out of buying food. I'm assuming so she didnt have to work. I The package we had includes mocktails my child or party guests never had one or were offered one because they didnt even have a cleaned secured place until 9pm when the party ended at 10. The manager of the place let teenagers handle all of it he just stayed in the backroom hiding with the other kids who didnt want to work. This place has gone down hill. My older son had the same party 3 years ago here and we had a great time. I cannot say the same for this time. If I were corporate I would want to know how poorly things are being run and handled. Not worth the money except the tip I gave Chris. The skyzone...

Sky zone is a great place to take the entire family younger kids especially love it very large amount of the space is covered in trampolines and they give the children ample time to play in there they do occasionally separate the age groups which is great so you don't get teenagers falling all over young kids the food is your standard fare pretty much American hamburger hot dog pizza slice you won't find anything amazing there. The pricing is a little bit on the high side but it is a great option for indoor play in bad weather or when the weather does not permit children to be outside. Hands down the kids will love you for it. As for cleanliness the place was kept fairly clean the service was very good people were generally happy and spoke very positive you are very patient but the younger folk you would not regret taking your family here I'm very sure of this is my family always ask can they go to skyzone again which we've gone many many many times.

Had my son’s 10th birthday party here this past weekend . They were incredibly busy yet managed to cater to our party well . We bought the VIP party package from 5:30-7:30 . We got into the room about 5:40 due to it having to be cleaned . Before that our party host checked in all the jumpers that were there and gave them all socks and wristbands . We scheduled a time to bring the pizzas and drinks and they were a few minutes late but I didn’t mind because the kids were all jumping . Overall it was a good experience and our host was very kind and accommodating. Will return in the future if my kids decide they want to have their parties there .

Sky Zone Westlake is an incredible place for both kids and adults to have fun and stay active. The trampoline park is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide range of activities — from freestyle jumping and dodgeball to foam pits and obstacle courses. The staff is friendly, energetic, and always ready to help, ensuring that everyone stays safe while enjoying themselves. It's a perfect spot for birthday parties, group events, or just an exciting weekend outing. I highly recommend it for families looking for a fun and unique experience.
