Livewater Farm — Attraction in Westminster

Where do I begin.... As I have been fortunate to travel between ny and way north .... and have tasted numerous cheeses ..... I can firmly say that Livewater Farm has one of the finest fresh mozzarella cheeses my family has ever tasted..... It can easily go up against the best from top places in NYC.

Taylor the cheese maker is a master at his trade.....

Stop by.... look in the fridge.... and you may find gold for it doesn't last long on the fridge shelves....

I visit Brattleboro every fall and the Livewater farm stand at the farmers market is a must for me. This year I brought some fresh prosciutto to have with their amazing fresh mozzarella which Taylor gave me! I am looking forward to visit their farm one day with my wife and try more of what they have to offer. I wish I could...

Taylor ... Thanks for bringing that sample tray for your friends in CT. You know that we can't get enough of your farm fresh, artisan products.

The smoked mozzarella was terrific as usual, and that buratta might be my new favorite.
