Pretty little private town beach, great for escaping from the traffic on 195 for a few minutes in the winter. Unfortunately once "beach season" is in effect, you will not get in. Even for a quick photo with friends, you must pay an expensive fee if you haven't bought your season pass. No exceptions! Not a great swimming beach but pretty views of Long Island Sound. Interesting views of NYC tallest buildings at dusk with binoculars or a...

Pretty little private town beach, great for escaping from the traffic on 195 for a few minutes in the winter. Unfortunately once "beach season" is in effect, you will not get in. Even for a quick photo with friends, you must pay an expensive fee if you haven't bought your season pass. No exceptions! Not a great swimming beach but pretty views of Long Island Sound. Interesting views of NYC tallest buildings at dusk with binoculars or a telephoto lens.
