This is simply the quintessence of the covered bridge-the over two hundred year history parallels the growth and change of the region, along with unfortunately the last reconstruction relating to arson. It is beautiful and unlike many other bridges we have visited, you can drive through and pull over so you aren’t risking trespass or danger of oncoming cars, so you are able to really enjoy it. I like that there is not a lot of graffiti, likely due to the last rebuild being fairly recent and its relative remote location. The stream is nice although I would be curious about failing septics or floods in the area, the smell was a bit overpowering and I don’t believe it was from farm field spread. Lovely location but I wouldn’t let the kids fish there today not knowing what was going on...

It's an easy bridge to miss, but worth finding. A unique feature to this bridge is that you can still drive through, but is not connected to any road system. It simply leads to a little parking lot with a few picnic tables and a area for maybe 5 cars. The most interesting and saddest and redeeming quality of this bridge is it's history of being burnt to the beams by arsonists, and rebuilt by...

This is one beautiful piece of Americana history you don't want to miss. I drove past it almost twice . I was unable to take any photos. Just look up the Dellville Covered Bridge, and you will see this amazing bridge. There are many photos available to look at from fellow travelers who have visited and submitted...

Very nice covered bridge and nice scenic view out to it. Lots of tiny fish, a good little parking area and it was well maintained with some cute benches and paths to the creek . Really cute! A neighbor playing loud metal music was the 'worst part' - but that wouldn't deter me again 🙂
