Not dog friendly. Continuously rude manager.

The location is ideal, plenty of outdoor seating, wine is to be expected. Snacks are fine.

Been there 3x, there is a worker who constantly makes a pet owner feel unwelcomed. This weekend’s encounter was sitting in the igloo, after being there for 2 hrs, 2 other workers serving us with wine and even water for the dog, she berated me about ‘dogs are not allowed’, yet it does not state on any signs, she says it’s on the website and voicemail and rarely do people read the sign. I shouldn’t have to call before showing up to read the mandates of a patron. The prior time, even while holding the dog in my arm carrying inside to order bc they won’t order outside, she berated me about no dogs allowed inside even though it was quick to go inside.

Ideally I’ll continue to go to Young Farms but with their limited season, attempt Gwin Girls and no changes on welcoming even while...

My boyfriend and I have made it a tradition over the past four years to stop at this winery every time we head up to our camper—and it’s truly one of the highlights of our trips! The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their wines, ciders, and weekly cocktails. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in every pour.

They offer events such as Thursday night trivia and live music events.They offer a mix of wine and hard cider (something for everyone!), and their small food menu is thoughtfully curated with snacks that perfectly complement your drink.

Gwin Girls Winery was just what we wanted! We’ve been vacationing in Michigan from Houston, Texas for the past two months. We recently discovered Gwin Girls and were instantly in love. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the owner took time to make sure each our visits were beyond exceptional, and the wine selection provides options for wine drinkers of all levels. Our favorite is the Perfect White which offers a great cool and crisp dry finish - perfect to enjoy on a beautifully sunny day in their tasting garden.
