Wheeling Park — Attraction in Wheeling

The lifeguards at the pool this year are very young & immature. They're only there to get paid. When we were there it happened to rain & they waited an hour an a half to close 8 minutes before normal close time. The lifeguards ran around in the no running area pushing each other in the pool while we waited for them to reopen from the rain. The acted worse then the children they were blowing their whistles at & the manager let them get away with it all & stood there.The kids swimming got in trouble for the same things the lifeguards were doing & the lifeguards are suppose to be setting a good example for these kids but definitely weren't in anyway. Also got overcharged a hwfty penny for the Summer discount event they have going on after 5 & when I mentioned it they didn't even do anything to fix it. Won't be going back to this pool until they get adult lifeguards who value the lives of children not the amount of...

Used to be great but wow came today with my husband mother in law and two kids. First off when we go to pay it came to almost 40 bucks we couldn't figure out how when are kids are 3 and 8 but we ask and the young girl said it was right than we ask if that included the slide she said yes. We walked out of the dirty dressing rooms and went to the slide it wasnt even open so we tried the food stand again it wasnt open. At 5pm why would everything be closed? My husband ask about the slide the young man told him they was to busy to open it right now but they could stand around talking for an hour! Fibally they open the slide we took are son up and they ask for his ticket so we had to go buy tickets that we were told we didn't need to buy again! Will NEVER come back nothing but rude kids working here and they close at 7 not 5 like they did today!! Want...

Went back to the park after not being there a year, and was very disappointed. The grandkids love the playground, but the edge of the soft flooring is coming unattached, and they tripped over it, skinning knees! Several of the playground toys are in very bad disrepair, and one doesn't function at all! The benches are in TERRIBLE condition!

Considering Friday fundays start in a couple days, I'm concerned for the kids safety. I think we may have to forget about this park until it's safe and clean again. 😥😥😥

SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED! Been bringing the grandkids here for three years now, and honestly I wonder if ANY of the playground has had any maintenance since the first time we came! Because it doesn't seem like it. Really unhappy.

Come on guys, take care of this park! You can do SO MUCH...
