The trail was a bit narrow itself, but the views are absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice at all with how amazing it is. The weather was perfect the day I went and it was so clear that I was able to see the Olympics mountain range, Mt Baker, and Mt Rainier all from the same point. It was unbelievable! Read moreCan be crowded in the summer. Beautiful hike along the beach for a mile or more then up to the top of the bluff and back down to the parking lot. Or do that in reverse. Beautiful and historically interesting place. Fantastic views from the top of the bluff. The beach is quite pebbly with plenty of driftwood. Often windy. Right in the path of the Juan de fuca straight. Ships, fields, birds, and nice views of the Olympic mountains. Must have a discover pass to park in the lot. For those with a fear of heights, this may not be for you. Several spots I definitely felt uncomfortable with my fear of heights. The trail is very narrow in some spots.
