We picnicked on the beach logs at the public access beach at high tide and were the only people there. Usually this access is for shellfishers but it's a nice little under-used pocket park when other parks are packed.

Go to Mueller Beach mainly because there's a pokestop there that is also a gym but it is a nice spot on a good clear day to take and see out through Penn Cove over 2 the mountain range in Skagit and...

Basically a parking lot with a nice view. Also WA Discover Pass required for parking. You have about 100 yards of Beach access between private property. That's it. Go to Coupeville town...
