I'm a local and someone had asked me what wineries I would recommend. I was the last person to be asked that question. I put up a post on one of my Whidbey Island facebook pages. I got a huge response and when calculating the one with the most recommendations it was Spoiled dog winery. I decided I needed to check it out, once you turn into the driveway you go through a meandering road through the woods only to be pleasantly surprised to come out and see this beautiful facility. There is a terrace for outside dining, when walking in I was greeted with a very friendly woman. I told her my story and why I was here and asked her what wine she would recommend I try. Upon checking out, I met the owner such a sweet lady, we had French bulldog's in common. I still need to return and bring Charlie :) I thought the wine was good, it was Deception :) If you're here on the Island for a visit this is a must. I think you...

Stopped by for some to go wine and was very surprised by how beautiful their setup was. Living on the island, there are nooks of beautiful open space that you stumble upon that are quite surprising. Lush green tree surroundings with a cute barn store flanked by numerous rows of wine grapes in the front. Quiet and quaint. Very covid friendly for stopping by for a chat and sip with your dogs! People were very helpful and the special edition Pinot was very good, fruit forward. Definitely planning to go back as we have already planned some return...

My wife and I stopped buy looking to buy a few bottles of wine for Christmas. The tasting room attendant who we believe was the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. She asked what we would like to try. We tasted a few blends and found a what we were looking for. She found out we had our French Bulldogs in the car. We brought them to meet her. She spent a bunch of time talking with us and playing with our dogs. The property is spectacular, the tasting room is a great setting and they truly live up to their name of spoiled dog. Great...

This place deserved its own video, I could have hung out at this winery all day. This place was so whimsical, not to mention all the cute dogs you get to see while you’re there. This town is my new obsession!

A perfect place for some wine 🍷 when you bring your 4 paw buddy with you. I like the peaceful scenery. Lots of area to sit to enjoy delicious wine. I wish there was an enclosed area where the dogs can be off leash and hang out with each other instead of having to sit next to us, not interacting with each other. But other than that, we’ll definitely come back :) Also google maps direction was inaccurate. It told us to turn in in a private property right before the winery entrance.

If you’re looking for a quiet, small, family owned winery and tasting room, Spoiled Dog is worth a visit. The service was outstanding, thought most of our group did not enjoy the wine offerings on the tasting flights. There are some prepackaged snacks for purchase, but no other food options. Dogs are welcome, which adds a nice family feel too the space. Two single stall all gender bathrooms are available around the back side of the building.
