I'm a local and someone had asked me what wineries I would recommend. I was the last person to be asked that question. I put up a post on one of my Whidbey Island facebook pages. I got a huge response and when calculating the one with the most recommendations it was Spoiled dog winery. I decided I needed to check it out, once you turn into the driveway you go through a meandering road through the woods only to be pleasantly surprised to come out and see this beautiful facility. There is a terrace for outside dining, when walking in I was greeted with a very friendly woman. I told her my story and why I was here and asked her what wine she would recommend I try. Upon checking out, I met the owner such a sweet lady, we had French bulldog's in common. Read moreStopped by for some to go wine and was very surprised by how beautiful their setup was. Living on the island, there are nooks of beautiful open space that you stumble upon that are quite surprising. Lush green tree surroundings with a cute barn store flanked by numerous rows of wine grapes in the front. Quiet and quaint. Very covid friendly for stopping by for a chat and sip with your dogs! Read moreMy wife and I stopped buy looking to buy a few bottles of wine for Christmas. The tasting room attendant who we believe was the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. She asked what we would like to try. We tasted a few blends and found a what we were looking for. She found out we had our French Bulldogs in the car. We brought them to meet her. She spent a bunch of time talking with us and playing with our dogs. The property is spectacular, the tasting room is a great setting and they truly live up to their name of spoiled dog. Great...
