From the moment we arrived, the energy was electric! The staff greeted us with huge smiles and contagious enthusiasm that instantly amped up our excitement. Every single team member was not only incredibly friendly but also impressively knowledgeable—making us feel safe, confident, and ready to soar. 🧑‍✈️ Safety First, Fun Always Before we even clipped in, the crew walked us through a thorough safety briefing with clear instructions and hands-on demonstrations. What really stood out were the follow-ups at each platform—double-checking harnesses, carabiners, and helmet fits with precision and care. Their attention to detail was reassuring and showed how seriously they take our well-being. 🌲 The Thrill Factor The zip lines themselves were nothing short of spectacular. Sweeping views, heart-racing drops, and smooth glides through the treetops made every second unforgettable. Each launch was met with cheers and encouragement from the staff, who celebrated every leap like it was our first. 💬 Staff That Make the Experience What truly elevated the adventure was the team. They weren’t just guides—they were storytellers

This place was awesome!! The guides that help through the course ( Phoenix and Jasmine) were super friendly and helped out so much with various people in our group. I just can’t say enough about how awesome this experience was for my family. Both guides were awesome but have to say Jasmine was extremely awesome and helpful with every one. Her energy and joyful personality was worth 5 stars just in itself.

Jacob and Josh were the best guides we could have asked for. They made this first-time ziplining experience for all six of us such an awesome fun time we'll never forget. We also loved the location, that water stations were provided (especially on a hot and humid day like it was), the variety of ziplines, that they took safety seriously, ... We definitely recommend, and will be back sooner or later!

If you ever get the chance to go zip lining and don’t end up with Zach and Phoenix as your guides, I’m not saying you’ll have a bad time… but I am saying you’ll miss out on what can only be described as a high-flying, tree-top comedy show with a touch of extreme sport and a sprinkle of controlled chaos (emphasis on controlled — these guys know their safety protocols like squirrels know where they hide their acorns).

Let’s start with Zach. Imagine if Chris Pratt, a golden retriever, and an REI catalog had a baby — boom, you get Zach. He greeted us with the energy of someone who had either slammed three Red Bulls or just genuinely loves his job that much (I’m guessing both). He cracked jokes, offered solid zipping tips, and somehow made harness-fitting feel like a motivational TED Talk.

And then there’s Phoenix — a majestic name for a majestic dude. Cool, calm, collected, and just mysterious enough to make you wonder if he moonlights as a Marvel superhero. He gave off “I’ve seen some stuff in the woods but I’ve made peace with it” energy. When he told me to jump off a platform 100 feet in the air, I didn’t even hesitate. Why? Because Phoenix said so.

These two didn’t just guide us — they entertained, encouraged, and probably saved at least three people from screaming themselves into a squirrel-induced panic. They were like adrenaline camp counselors who made you believe you were born to fly through the trees like Tarzan, even if you showed up trembling like a chihuahua at a thunderstorm convention.

At one point, Zach yelled “CANNONBAAAAALL!” and zipped across upside down like a caffeinated bat out of heck, while Phoenix calmly followed with a flawless backflip dismount that made at least two of us question our life choices up until that point.

Safety? Check. Fun? Double check. Inappropriate jokes that somehow stayed just within PG-13 territory? Check and check. These guys made us laugh, scream, and high-five like a group of middle schoolers on their first roller coaster.

So do yourself a favor: request Zach and Phoenix. You’ll leave with memories, sore cheeks from laughing, and the firm belief that you, too, could survive in the wilderness… as long as those two are leading the way.

10/10 — Would zip with again. Even if I have to hike the whole way up again. Maybe. Okay, only if...

I have never been zip lining on anything of scale. My sister and brother in law wanted to go and drug me along. I am so glad that I did. I am 100% TERRIFIED of heights. It was just the 3 of us, so it went pretty quick. Two of the platforms are much higher than I would ever go and I really struggled with my fear of heights to reach the top. I almost backed out on a couple of the runs, then realized it was my only choice, there was no way I was going back down the way I came up. Confronting my fear led to a lot of fun. Although it is winter there, there were some great views, a couple of times they were pointed out (so smart!) to distract my mind of the platform height. It is against human instinct to walk off of anything of height, the staff were really chill, patient and encouraging. They definitely have the presence to calm. The worst part for me was the first step, walk, or run. I was reminded, dont look down, just look in front of/around you. That was what I needed to hear, It took several runs (ok, so it took almost all but the last three runs) before I was able to do that. When I started to get comfortable and enjoy it, we were almost done. I would have loved to be able to start over and...
