I live right across the road from this park, so my dog and I usually “crawl” between the fence and walk over. Since it is quarry-type land (and the quarry is still in operation in the near area), I’ve become an obsessive rock-collector! I’ve finally had to limit myself to JUST fossils! I think with all the colorful stones I’ve picked up over the years, I could definitely re-stone the driveway! It’s a very nice park, but they need to put in something for kids and older people. Maybe a bench or more along the path so someone could sit and rest? Not everyone wants to play Frisbee Golf, and there are new “cages” put up constantly. An ice rink or sledding hill would be easy to put up on the Sterns Rd. side. There’s really nothing for toddlers, tweens and teens to do. Yet!
