Galloway Farm (Home of Maze Craze) — Attraction in Whiteville

Today I attended a fieldtrip with Malpass Corner's PRE-K thru 5th grade adaptive EC classrooms. The staff at Galloway Farm were so kind and helpful. The farm is clean and neatly organized with plenty of perfect photo opportunities. Each class was provided with a map to let us know in advanced the order of our stations. This definitely helped with those who require visual and verbal cues to transition from activities. The staff were so patient with each group and assisted as needed. The farm is the perfect size and provides an array of stations for ALL students to engage in activities. All activities were accessible to all our students. Some of our student's favorites were the animals, basketball toss, rubber duck races, sensory playground, hayride, barrel cart ride and the corn maze with Spookley the Square Pumpkin! Their activities on the farm provide multiple sensory and educational experiences for the students. There is so much to do! They have a great picnic shelter area for eating lunch, a convenient handwashing station and a perfect snack bar! We greatly appreciate Galloway Farm for providing such a SPECIAL experience for our children at Malpass Corner Elementary (Pender County Schools). Looking forward to next years visit!...

Great place to bring the whole family for a day of fun and not break the bank. We have been to many fall farm places around Fayetteville and surrounding areas and this by far beats them all for the price, activities, upkeep and just local friendly atmosphere. Animals have a large fenced in place to roam with lots of space to hand feed them. Hand sanitizer provided and full. Fun yard games for all ages, well maintained and different options to choose from. Actual fresh squeezed lemonade, apple cider slushy was so refreshing. Apple cider donuts I wish had more of an apple cider flavor but still fresh and delicious. Clean actual bathrooms not porter potties. Cute paint ball target practice area. Wide open space with lots of seating in and out of shade were you can keep an eye on the kiddos running and playing. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Can't wait to come back again. We didn't even make it to the maze with all of the other activities but will for sure be back to get on the...

What a great fall activity for all ages! The adult maze is huge and has 10 key punches hidden throughout to make it extra challenging. We also enjoyed all the extra activities that they had like tricycle racing (with kid and adult size bikes.) Huge slides, and a saucer swing, tractor rides, and tons of yard games and farm animals! Well worth the drive from Wilmington, was only $11 and we spent over 4 hours there!

Covid Precautions were taken seriously by them which was nice as they had masks laid out if you forgot one. They also had hand sanitizer on all the tables to be used and a hand washing sink. We went in the morning and it wasn't busy and was able to social distance. We only saw a few people in the maze and was able to jump around the extra activities without having to wait in any lines.
