He sold me a southern islands mew for 95$ and then complained at me when I went back to trade with him. I sent the southern islands mew in for grading as he complained saying it was well worth $95 because it was “a rare card” as if you can’t just buy it online. Anyways, the mew got a 5.5, 45 dollars max. Thanks a bunch Mr rip off.
The prices are not fair. The selection is terrible and prices are scalper prices. The owner does “trades” like he did a 90 dollar trade value on a heavily played southern islands mew. Which is 40 bucks. And then when I went back in to try and trade other things, he accused me of demanding money when I was just telling him what value trade I wanted for my stuff, not demanding at all. He accused me of being rude to everyone in the store, yet he didn’t think I was being rude when I went in and traded 750 dollars worth of cards to him and his vendors. He wants your stuff for nothing so he can make a profit from a “trade” that’s his idea of a trade. Terrible. Also, he buys things from stores for retail and sells at scalper prices. Insane.
Foothills collectibles is the place to go for cards. I would recommend buying anything else, online.
This guy, the owner, deserves nothing, he is two faced when others are around. And wants to make his customers who leave a bad review, look like bad people, when he is the one cheating kids and others out of their cards and other stuff. Honestly, terrible people, rude to customers, and scalper prices,...
Read moreStore is located on Main Street, right next to Mr. Toro Bakery & Taqueria; signage does not stand out so the store is easy to miss as you drive by. Went in just to have a look around and see what the place was like. The store is clean and very well organized, and the folks there are super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of video games (including some very old and hard-to-find titles), consoles (modern and retro), collectibles, horror movies, and a few anime. They also buy collectibles and video games occasionally, which is a huge plus for this type of store. Parking is a bit difficult, as they do not have a designated parking lot and parallel parking on Main Street is a pain. Overall, I really loved the place, and they said they're still in the middle of setting up, so I can't wait to see how the...
Read moreMy wife and I have been here a few times and love it! The owner and everyone there is incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. The selection has always been plentiful and the prices have been beyond fair. We got a PS5 with two controllers and and a large hard drive for the same price other stores sell controllors for.
They also have events now that have a good turn out and it's a great place to get together with other like minded individuals..
As far as the people who left one star reviews, it's fairly obvious from their posts the kind of individuals they are. Some people think their 1990 hooptie with 500k miles and no transmission is worth 50k but that just isn't reality.
These guys are absolutely with...
