ClubRec Rentals and General Store — Attraction in Willard

The staff were friendly and the equipment was nice and fun. But with the jet ski rentals I think the staff needs to go over the equipment and annotate damage before and after together with the customer.

And maybe when docking the jet ski they come out in the water and grab it and bring it in slowly so that damage is not done and the customer is not charged for those damages.

Developing a better system of checking over the equipment before and after together and take photos.

And notate the way staff are having customers bring in the jet skis. It might help to have security footage of the jet skis and boats so to see how they are being docked and if they were damaged...

Rented out the inflatable obstacle course at the pond for about 120 people. We were able to have the entire place to ourselves for the 1st -2 hours. It was really fun, so much so we decided to rent it for another hour. All was going well until a huge windstorm blew in about 15 minutes in. One of the obstacles anchor ropes broke and blew the entire obstacle over. The staff instructed everyone to get off the obstacle course as it was no longer safe for anyone due to the wind. It was handled very well. All in all, a great time!!...

My family and I had a great time at club rec Willard! All thanks too navi and Hayden! Very welcoming and polite. Navi helped my little cousins feel safe and protected about going onto the obstacle course on the water as well as helping with life jackets and to Hayden for getting my whole family out on there having a great time! Hayden talked to us with great respect and his only focus with us is to make sure we have as much fun as possible and to be safe as well! Thank you...
