Oh man! I'm so glad I made that sketchy, last minute left turn at the "Historic Point of Interst" sign. We happened to catch a gentleman there waiting for an AC repair to show up. The place was closed but was we were walking away, an incredibly nice gentleman was like, "yo, come check it out!" And I'm glad we did! This place is so cool. Thanks for the wicked cool side quest.

Thursday-Saturday 10am-4pm. History fascinates me! Local museums are priceless at sharing that history with generations to come. The Sacramento Valley Museum is history in itself and a priceless treasure! Lots of interesting artifacts from up and down the Sacramento Valley nestled in the first high school built in Williams, CA.

A hidden gem, there are so many artifacts in this original architected high school dating back to 1912. Each room is themed with different items and parts of history like a time capsule of the early 20th century NorCal. Best of all, the (Saturday) volunteer guide knew so many interesting facts about the history of the valley and creates an interactive and conversational experience. I highly recommend anyone driving near Williams or in Colusa...

It was truly amazing! It was a karaoke night in hopes for the community to get out and congregate together, and try to get Life coming back to normality with no fear! For most important, for people to appreciate the history monuments as opposed to trying to tear them down, as the children these days have no clue what life was really like! We need to embrace all different cultures as opposed to hate...
