I was looking to buy a Christmas tree early this year so it would be up on Thanksgiving day when my 20 month old Granddaughter comes over with her Mother. Most Christmas tree farms in the area were not opening until the Friday 'AFTER' Thanksgiving. A friend told me to try the Isham Family Farm in Williston. So I did. I met Mike Isham the owner and he was a super guy. He told me where to find the best tree, gave me a sharp saw and off I went. I found a fantastic tree and within a few minutes began my sawing. When I came back, WCAX (the local tv station)was there and they were interviewing Mike for the evening news. It is 20 minutes from downtown Burlington, has views of Mansfield and Camels Hump, and has a barn fit for a big party! We were able to visit the venue several times before the event.
