Historic Sugartown — Attraction in Willistown Township

Many people over the years have asked us why we love to travel so much, or were shocked that we loved being in the Army and moving to a new post every few years. It was a perfect day for such an intimate guided tour since being able to do so with guidelines in place. Such rich history and beautiful antiques from the era, not to speak of the amazing architecture, the original buildings from so long ago still standing against the passage of time. The perseverance of the people from that time and the hard work that they put in their day to day living is phenomenal. This is a really neat place and we went because it got really good reviews. Unfortunately, our tour guide was not good. She didn't seem to know much; seemed like she was maybe making up stuff; was talking as she was walking with her back to us. It was a combination of boring and uninformative, when a really good guide could absolutely bring this place to life, because it is an interesting and historic place. The grounds are beautiful.
