DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. We had a membership for about 4 months from last summer until November. We decided to cancel our memberships in November, went through the proper channels, and got documentation showing they canceled them. Come to find out this April that they were still billing us for my wife’s membership. I’ve called and left countless voicemails and sent emails, driven up during the day, only to find ZERO staff on hand and have never received a call back or email. It’s been two and a half months and they’re still trying to bill me. I’ve tried blocking them through the bank, but since no one answers the banks calls, the bank won’t process the block.
So now I’m hoping this honest negative review about their terrible business practice will get their attention. If you will actually communicate and process a refund for all the bogus charges, I’ll be happy to edit this review. Read moreNo notice that the gym was moving at all.. could have easily sent an email or two ahead of time, also had the wrong address in the window that took me to a house in a neighborhood and it’s always impossible to reach anyone on the phone… management needs to get it together this is a bogus way to run things.
Updated rating to 4 stars they have done well with getting things up and running quickly.. still tough to reach anyone and there’s still little communications from management, some of their equipment needs updating and fixing, will continue giving this gym a chance I believe in supporting small business.. would like to see more details online about buddy passes and adding members to current plans with pricing for both and the option to add or remove those features online since phone comms are not consistent

Read moreWorking out there is okay. Nothing special. Only local place that has childcare, but you have to pay extra. Biggest issue is customer service. Cancelled in person, signed a document, no copy given. Was still being charged after cancellation. I’ve contacted the company once a week for 5 weeks and have not gotten anywhere. Only received 2 text messages asking questions and never a response on how they were going to resolve it. Showed up in person twice with no resolve to my matter. Just received a call from an irate employee. Wouldn’t let me respond without being super defensive and threatening to hang up. Will never do business or recommend again.
Update: Took 3-4 months to get my extra 2 months of membership refunded after my original cancellation. Not from the gym, but through an investigation by my credit...
