Sky Point RV Park — Attraction in Wills Point

BEWARE Moved into this place 7-25-24. Paid for deposit on a Pilgrim 5th wheel to buy amount of 2700 for deposit and lot rent was 350. Was informed by Phillip the owner that my next rent would be due same time in August. And the office manager Jayme first 2 tanks of propane were on the park I go to pay my light bill 8-10-24 and Ask again about propane the office manager Jayme informs me she had forgotten to at least give her til Monday and he would order it.. Now on 8-13-24 at 3 am in the morning I lost power. Called office left message. Then left message on cell phone with no response. Waited til office opened at 8 am left key with Anna so it could be looked at. 930 am still nothing called owner Phillip he old have maintenance man Joey come right over.. The plug that goes to meter was melted on both sides . Joey blamed it on former tenant. I spoke to former tenant and he informed me that RV had actually caught fire which I was never informed.. Long story short I was sent by text message a 3 day eviction. Not handed to me but by TEXT .. I REPEAT DO NOT stay in ny of these so called RVs. I cleaned mine before ever moving into it. Spiders roaches and just plain filth everywhere Spider webs all over every one of there RVs

I owe for August but to have my whole deposit not to be returned after I formally gave notice way before my 30 days per there contract and they won’t give my deposit back

Well I wasn't able to have an experience here.. I called to make a reservation for one of their cabins to stay a couple nights. I asked if they were pet friendly. They answered, yes depending on what size dog. I said a medium sized dog, but he's a service dog. Then he proceeds to say, well just no pitbulls, because their insurance doesn't cover that breed of dog. Me, well he's a service dog so legally it shouldn't matter. The man goes on and says, well will he be on a leash? I say, oh yes we always keep him on a leash. Then I hear in the background, NO!! So then he says, no the owner/ manager said No. Again, I say, but he's a service dog.. He say, No we can't do it. :'( Thanks for ruining my wknd plans, just because ppl tend to judge the breed, when infact they need to judge the deed, the humans who make these naturally, lovable dogs into...

Top notch to say the least! Long story but I had a boat/trailer issue that I won't go into BUT, I will say, they have been extremely kind and helpful to me. It's a very nice RV park and a great place to launch your boat. They even have a boat dock with a lot of slips to pull into when launching, fishing, camping etc., which is hard to find at most places. I will gladly pay their small fee to launch any day, Any Day, ANY DAY verses launching at the very busy, frustrating and way too crowded 2-mile boat ramp. This is the only and I do mean only place that I will go as far as RV parks and boat ramp around the Lake Tawakoni area. The staff and the owners are incredibly nice and keep a great place.
