Wilmington Parks & Recreation — Attraction in Wilmington

The building is nice on the in and outside of the Southside of Wilmington,De but the building is very small if you go to sign your child up for summer youth employment you are wasting your time cause they will not get picked i think it shouldn't be a lottery for a job then a essay for a job where you as a parent want your child to get the experience of a job but you go through way more for a summer youth job then regular employment.Then the ones who do get a job end up worker at Daycare centers around smaller children which isn't fair some of these kids are already raising the siblings as there own childern where they really don't have the freedom the only thing is they get paid for it.Also the people who look at the application pick there family and friends or co workers childern which is not fair at all cause some of these children really need these jobs cause they be raising there self and siblings cause the parents are on drugs or in jail or trying to make ends meet Be Fair me as i parent i signed my son up 3 yrs in a row and he never got picked but i see the same kids with jobs Now u do the math so over summer youth with the city of wilmington but I'm starting my own non-profit summer youth program next year in 2020 to be fair to the children of...
