Coming from Miami when you hear the word beach you seen when you seen them all. But this lake was cozy, very homey and family friendly with all the Patriots out there. The park does close at 8:00 sharp, at that time you get a park ranger to shut down all the facilities. From amazing views to clean fresh water swimming and fishing have to say I'll definitely be back.

Had a great afternoon at Fort Yargo. Husband and I visited for the first time. The park is very clean and beautiful all around. The visitor center was really nice. Will be back to stay in the cottages and bring our bikes.

Calming environment! Fresh air, beautiful lake, walking/running through nature. You are able to take your own boat or rent theirs for a fee.
