whether we arrive at 7am or later, we generally see only a few people wearing masks. Most are not even carrying them to put them on when they come across others, walking toward them. Many have dogs and so we consistently have to leave the path to avoid the dogs and unmasked walkers and runners. I believe that since the park service has asked that people who come to the park, respect the policy for everyone's benefit, and few people are doing it - you CLOSE the parks for a week, as a way to remind people that now is the right time to reduce the spread. The park also has 3 lakes A, B, and C and you can enjoy them walking around.
